Personal Training Services and prices located under the About Tab

Stress Management

The ultimate goal is a balanced life, making time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun— with the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on. But stress management is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why it’s important to experiment and find out what works best for you.

Depression

Improve overall mood

Be free of suicidal thoughts. Report feeling more positive about self and abilities. Avoid napping/sleeping to escape other people and activities.

Report feeling happy/better overall mood. Celebrate little successes each day using positive self talk and/or journaling.

Relationships

Deepen knowledge and understanding of yourself, your partner and your relationship. Structure your communications to allow each to feel safe enough to empathically connect.

Identify one another’s fears and know what each needs to feel safe in the relationship. Make distinctions between making requests versus demands, sharing versus venting, connecting versus complaining.
